1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order was cancelled by Gold and Sparrow due to stock or logistics issues.
Note: Refunds are not applicable if:
- The product was used, washed, or altered.
- The product does not fit (size exchange may be available instead).
- The issue is based on slight color variation due to lighting or screen display.
- The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
2. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- A reverse pickup will be arranged (where available).
- The product must be returned in unused condition with all tags intact.
- After inspection, your refund will be processed.
3. Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds to original payment method: 5–7 working days
- Refunds to wallet/store credit: within 2 working days
- Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items, discounted products, or items bought during promotions
- Customized or altered products
- Accessories or gift items
5. Cancellation & Refund
You may request cancellation before your order is shipped. If approved:
- Prepaid orders: Full refund issued
- COD orders: No refund applicable (order simply gets cancelled)
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when:
- The product received is damaged or incorrect
- The order is cancelled from our side before dispatch
